Pancakes - 2022

Gegants and Diables cooked some pancakes.

Ingredients                                            

180 g flour                                               

2 eggs                                                    

200 ml milk                                              

75 ml water                                                                     

30 g melted butter                                                      

1 tbsp sugar                                             

a pinch of salt

some extra butter for frying

Toppings: lemon, sugar, chocolate, jam…

Instructions
Mix the flour, milk, water, eggs, melted butter, sugar and salt.
Preheat some extra butter in the frying pan.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter into pan for each pancake.
Cook until pancakes begin to bubble.
Toss and cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer.

Serve with the topping you choose.
